Customer Service is the provision of service to customers before, during and after a purchase. Its importance varies by product, industry and customer. Techsmith support service provides Onsite support, Offshore Customer support, Inbound Phone Support and Customer Relationship Management.

The support staffs are constantly trained on the new technologies as well as new features of the products so that they can handle technical calls too and thereby save time. In the event of technical queries where the support staff is unable to provide a solution owing to technicality, then the issue is escalated to the technical team.
